every trial in my life has brought me to THIS place.....a place where nothing is perfect but everything is great. i wouldn't change a thing.

You have lost a whole person...that sad, secluded dude is gone! I think I can speak for lots of people, I love the new guy...the happy, talkative, outgoing guy that has erupted.
Yeah, you'll have to start working out, but I really don't see the need for major surgery. You are awesome. With the new body, you are going to be able to enjoy so many things, not only with your family but with your kids...look forward to those scout overnighters/hikes ;)
