this trip was less than good for me. i didn't want to go, i just wanted to stay home and if i had it would have been WAY better for everyone.
my dad and brother caravaned back with us and of course they had to load up on the bladder busters at our stop in blythe.
we always travel in our pj's since we always leave super early.
this is jenna and her cousin ava. ava is jeff's younger brothers daughter.
and this is his son ayden. if you can believe it tatum is only 10 months younger than ayden. that is one TALL boy. he just turned 4 on dec. 15th and he wares the same size clothes as my 8 year old. 
the kids were so good while we were away. they screamed a lot which usually bothers me but one of my new years resolutions is to let them scream and be kids. outside is still best for that though.
i love this sequence of pictures. this is what they did all weekend long while we sat around the house. (that's one of the reasons it sucked to be there. i could have sat around at home for free)

I kinda felt the same way about our trip to my parents. We did get to see a lot of family that I've haven't visited with for a long time. But as my parents get older, they seem to forget what it's like to have a big, busy family. It was frusterating, but we learn what not to do next time! :o)
I am sooooo sorry! but doesn't it make you appreciate your own home more? it does me.
We had a crazy trip too. Fun, but chaotic. It sounds like you're as glad to be back home as I am. Hope we get to see you guys again sometime soon.
