tristan's teacher has gerbils in the classroom and a few days ago one of them had babies. we went to the classroom so that we coul see them. they are SO little. i picked tatum up to look at them.
me: tatum aren't they SO CUTE!?!?!
tatum: yeahhhhhhhh.......and there's the gerbil and there are the lizards.
AAAAHAHAHAHAHHA!
apparently the babies look like lizards to her.
look at how tiny these babies are. so so tiny! it almost looks like a pig. haha! :)

So tiny and...well not so cute. But how fun that Tristan has such a fun class pet. Glad you guys had a fun time.
So, is Josh going to try to pawn them off on the students? You may have a new pet on your hands. Shawni and I both have Hamsters (pretty much the same as gerbils) and they are pretty easy pets. Wish I would have stuck with that and not added the dog!

Not so cute...but they'll get that way I'm sure. I had to laugh about your comment on my blog. Ha ha. It made my husband's day.
Oh, they are so cute. My teacher gave me a rat from our class rat when I was in fifth grade. And I LOVED her. You may have just inherited a gerbil.
