the third time's a charm the fourth time around

there are a few people who wanted to see my belly so i'm gonna give you a peek.
this is me at 4 1/2 months with tristan.

and this is me the 4th time around at 4 1/2 months. amazing how fast i grew this time. (i cut my head off cause i didn't want anyone to be afraid, it wasn't pretty)
so the good new is that we are having another sweet little girl. if you've never seen what that looks like in an ultrasound this will just look like a blob to you. but the arrow is pointing to three white lines which means "girlie goodies".
i was surprised when the girls had no reaction...AT ALL. they have been so excited to "find out" and then they just sat there like a couple of bumps on a log.
tristan was at the circus with a friend when we found out so jeff called him to tell him.
jeff: tristan we just found out who were having and i called to tell you...WE'RE HAVING ANOTHER GIRL.
jeff: tristan?...tristan can you hear me?...we're having a girl...tristan are you there?
tristan: i heard you.
he's not excited. he really wanted a brother and this was his last chance at that and i think it's just going to take him a minute for that to really set in. he's going to be so in love with her and he doesn't even know it yet. i told him that i think she is going to love him the most and want to be with him all the time. :)
we're so EXCITED! more pink around here=more crazy hormones. ahahahahha!

Way to go Stacy! Boy, Girl, Mission, Wedding; either way ya gotta pay.

Tristan will like having all these sisters when they are bringing their friends around the house (in a few years that it).

Cheerio,
Bruce

CONGRATS!! I have to tell you that when my mom was prego with my my oldest brother (i was #6) was SO MAD at them. He would say "we already have 5 kids...why do we need another one." Needless to say he was NOT thrilled. He didn't talk to my mom for a couple of weeks. (he was 10)

So, fast forward to the day they brought me home from the hospital. He took me, held me, and wouldn't let anyone else have a turn. We are SUPER close to this day. He will be surprised how much he loves her when she comes. I'm excited for you.

Yeah! Three girls, you are now part of the "three girls club"...lol
Pink is of course my favorite color!
Any sweet names yet?? Tristan will love his new baby sister...but he will also grow to LOVE Jeff more as his partner in crime.
Congrats again, and thanks for the update, I totally can tell she's a girl by that ultrasound, and your belly is so cute I want to give it kisses!
Love, Erin

"T" can come live with Auntie Shelly when it gets to hormonal for him to handle...Maybe Jeff too...I'll have to think about that one.

But YAY for baby girls! I totally CAN'T see girlie parts...I think Erin might be lying.. hehe :)

Congratulations! Girls are a lot of fun and my theory has been that boys who grow up with lots of sisters will probably be great husbands someday because they will already hopefully be more sensitive to girls.

Oh my word Stacy, isn't it crazy that so many people tend to get so many of one sex? I know so many people with four boys and none or one girl, and the opposite as well. What's up with all these girls! My heart aches for Tristan just how it ached for Max when we found out about our fourth girl. But it's turned out to be the perfect thing for our family and Max is so layed back and great at dealing with sisters. It seems like Tristan has that same kind of personality. He seems pretty mellow and layed back.

Oh I'm SO excited for you guys adn that everythign looks healthy and great. Hope the rest of the summer's going well.

Hooray!!! Tell ya what. If she is as cute as your other girls which I have no doubt that she will be, I will take her off your hands. We could use some "girlie goodies" over here. Congrats to you all.

I love Kara's comment. And it's true. He will probably end up being this little girls best friend and protector. We have three girls and one boy, but in the opposite line-up. I keep telling myself that it's okay. That Henry will LOVE his teenage years with all his sisters friend around!

You look like a little girl w/ the first pregancy! How old were you? Congrats on the girl!! Is there some sort of trick to it? Cuz I'm not getting it right.
